At Melooka, we are proud to offer our customers FREE shipping on all orders!


Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed off to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your address.
During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.


Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery times begin after your order is dispatched and depend on your location. Below are estimated shipping times based on country:

🇺🇸 United States: 7–12 business days
🇨🇦 Canada: 10–14 business days
🇦🇺 Australia: 10–15 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 7–12 business days
🌍 International Orders: 12–20 business days (depending on region)

Please note: Carriers may experience delays during high-volume periods or due to customs checks. These are outside of our control and may extend shipping times.


Order Changes & Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in delays or cancellations.

If our system detects an issue with your address, our team will reach out via email within 3 business days. If we do not receive a response within that timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

If you need to correct your shipping details, email us within 24 hours of placing your order at Contact_support@melooka.com. We’ll do our best to update your order, but changes are not guaranteed after this period.


Delayed Delivery

While we always aim to deliver on time, delays can sometimes occur due to:

  • Courier disruptions or high volume

  • Weather or transportation delays

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

  • Stock availability or payment verification issues

If your order is affected, we’ll keep you updated and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Please note: Melooka is not responsible for delays caused by external factors and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but is missing or stolen, please:

  1. Contact the courier directly to file a claim.

  2. Reach out to us at Contact_support@melooka.com and include your order number.

While Melooka is not liable for lost or stolen packages, we’ll do our best to assist in locating your package or resolving the issue. In some cases, a replacement may be offered, depending on the situation.

Tip: If your package is truly lost, you may also file a local police report to support your claim.
