Cancellation Policy

If you wish to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After that window, your order may already be processing and we may be unable to accommodate your request.

If your cancellation request is made within the 24-hour timeframe, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

We’re confident you’ll love your Melooka product—but if for any reason you don’t, you’re covered under our 60-day money-back guarantee. Please try the product for at least 14 days to experience its benefits. If you're still not satisfied, you may return it anytime between day 14 and day 60 from your delivery date.

Damaged Items

All Melooka products are carefully packed for safe delivery. However, if your item arrives physically damaged or with a clear defect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at contact_support@melooka.com with a clear photo of the issue.

We define “damaged” as broken or defective products—not minor box dents or packaging wear caused during transit. We do not replace or refund items that are damaged due to wear and tear or misuse.


Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship your order quickly and efficiently. However, Melooka is not responsible for delivery delays due to the courier, customs clearance, or any unforeseen issues during transit. If your order is lost, delayed, or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you entered the wrong address and fail to notify us within 24 hours, we cannot offer a refund or resend.
